Buying a car through True Car Sales was a swift and stress-free experience from start to end. Jordan and Craig are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond for you. It took just a handful of weeks to source the exact car I was looking for (and I'm very picky!) and I was genuinely overwhelmed by what an incredible job they did picking my car. It exceeded expectations and was in exceptional condition, as well as ticking off all my requirements - and there were a lot! So well done and thank you to the whole team. It was presented beautifully too, with a full valet, which I thought was a lovely touch. Having spent weeks going around car dealer forecourts and dealing with some real charlatans, the guys at True Car Sales were a breath of fresh air. Also, as a woman, it's such a difficult world to be treated with respect but Jordan and Craig are approachable, friendly and always treat myself and my partner with the utmost respect. They're also honest and transparent when it comes to their work and services, which is also very refreshing after some of the awful experiences I've had with car salesman and mechanics. Overall, a five star service and will definitely not only recommend to everyone I know but will be returning for car services and when we next need a new car. Letting go of my old beloved car was a painful experience, but with the help of True Car Sales sourcing my new one, which I love, it was a painless and altogether smooth and satisfying experience.
